London-based design company and pattern expert Eley Kishimoto has unveiled its interior design for the new Southerden patisserie and cafe in central London, in collaboration with long-term creative partner Studio MacLean. The two companies have previously worked together on Southerden’s first cake shop in Peckham, which was adorned with Kishimoto’s new wallpapers. The new cafe features Kishimoto’s colourful standout graphics – its Venice pattern covering floor to ceiling, as well as Studio MacLean’s lighting solutions and joins a number of other desirable restaurants and markets nearby. Southerden Patisserie and Cafe adds to the area its bespoke selection of baked delicacies such as the delicious salted caramel doughnuts, all served alongside Monmouth Coffee, specialty teas and Matcha beverages.
