It was bound to happen, and yes this really is a cocktail bar without an alcohol license.

It was bound to happen, and yes this really is a cocktail bar without an alcohol license. Opened earlier this year and well-hidden underneath an unassuming juice bar in Covent Garden, at B.Y.O.C. you will find a cozy basement bar (20 seats) complete with vintage interiors, exposed brick walls, an original fireplace and most importantly: an antique cocktail trolley complete with its own bartender. The idea is simple, bring your own spirit (B.Y.O.C. recommends a base spirit such as vodka, gin, rum or tequila- but feel free to be inventive) and the bartender will provide the rest.  Trolley ingredients include fresh syrups, vegetable and fruit juices, herbs, seasonal fruits as well as cordials, soft drinks and bitters. Add incredible mixoloigist skills and you have got the perfect recipe for a sophisticated night out. –Anna Jacobsen
