Long hailed as one of the trendiest neighborhoods in London (some even claim in the world), Shoreditch has become a place to see and be seen in, for everyone including tourists, fashion students, upcoming labels and established brands.  The newest addition to this hip hood is the first European Ace hotel from the on-trend American hotel group. Opening in soft launch mode from Monday the 9th September, Ace Shoreditch offers 265 stylish rooms, all individually styled, fusing contemporary design with traditional UK craftsmanship.  The hotel will house a restaurant by London profiles David Waddington and Pablo Flack (the masters minds behind East London institution Bistrotheque) as well as a florist and a café serving local Square Mile coffee.  A welcome addition to the ever-growing hotel scene of East London, this is definitely a destination to check out. – Anna Jacobsen
