After setting up a print shop in San Francisco, The Levi’s® Workshops initiative has landed in New York City for a three-month stay. Opening in the former Dietch Gallery space in SoHo, the Levi’s Photo Workshop is a resource for established or aspiring shutterbugs.
Offering studio space and lighting equipment for photo shoots, vintage camera tutorials and loans, onsite printing, and – of course – an edited selection of Levi’s workwear, this diverse space serves as both a professional tool and source of inspiration for the creative community.
The space will also host various exhibitions (New York: Portrait of a City from Taschen begins this Thursday and Tim Barber-curated selection of up-and-coming talents is ongoing) and is simultaneously working on a yearbook containing visitors who get their picture snapped here.
