New York: Creative director Felipe Oliveria Baptista showcased complex Space Age expedition gear in his Lacoste F/W 13 collection. Inspired by the final frontier, Antarctica, a palette of icy greys and moody turquoises transcended the extreme terrains, as pops of safety orange, cobalt and pea green added an active-wear aspect to items. The collection featured fabric blocked tops with structured fits, paired with weather-proof anoraks, wool structured trousers or digital printed car coats that looked fit for a winter space odyssey.  Baptista utilized tech advanced construction and materials to create apparel fit for cold extremities for a neo-future contemporary collection. – Kathleen Tso
