kenzo spring 2012 men

Paris: Nautical elements and floral motifs, two of designer Antonio Marras’ trademarks, made the leisurely looks in Kenzo’s S/S 12 collection feel indulgent in more ways than one. Marras grounded vibrant floral patterns — which decorated everything from Hawaiian shirts to tailored clothing — with classic Breton stripes and basic sailor silhouettes. Throwback shades with round plastic frames conjured the 1940s, and modern, rubber-soled footwear contributed a sporty aspect. –Whitney Kessler
