French designer Julien David collaborates with Korean-Japanese label AMBUSH® for a special oversized denim jacket.

For his first feminine pre-collection, Julien David draws inspiration from the masculine wardrobe, creating this fall’s must-have jacket. The oversized trucker, which launched in stores earlier this month, was created in collaboration with design duo Yoon and Verbal of AMBUSH® and is part of a series of special projects that David has planned with creatives around the world.

Made from the finest Okayama Denim and with printed tulle back patch and graffiti-style French jacquard on the sleeves, the jacket taps into the “Made In Japan” DNA of AMBUSH® and the Parisian heritage of designer David. Channeling an anarchic spirit, the back patch reads “EMBUSCADE” (French for Ambush), while black embroideries are emblazoned across the front and sleeves with statements like “Combat”, “Rebel” and “Fight”.

The jacket is available now via select stores including Colette and Net-A-Porter. Check Julien David’s website for full worldwide listings.
