TACTILE EXPERIMENT
Paris: Experimental materials plaid a starring role in Julien David’s F/W 14 collection. Long sack silhouettes made up the bulk of the assortment, and were elevated by experimental materials like puckered leather and wire fringe. The palette was almost all-black, but the show ended on a lighter note with some fuzzy blue wools, scribbly motifs , and cool, tonal ombré.  — Anna Jane Davis
