Jeremy Loves Paris Loves Jeremy

You can always count on Jeremy Scott to bring a dose of fun to the oh-so-chic but at times oh-so-pretentious atmosphere that permeates Paris Fashion Week. Having known Jeremy for a bit, I know he respects and is inspired by high fashion as much as pop fashion. Still though, he doesn’t take fashion – or himself – so seriously as to not be able to stage a runway show where Mickey Mouse is his muse and the venue is a Parisian school cafeteria. I went to his show and shot photos of the other kids who came. Later on, Fifi and I ran into Kelly Cutrone and her business partner Robyn on the Boulevard Saint-Germain and they asked me to shoot photos at Jeremy’s party at Le Regine. The MisShapes and Busy P DJed and we danced on sofas with everyone from Jade Jagger to Kanye West to Hank Holland to Gareth Pugh to Peaches Geldof to CK1 aka Cory Kennedy. We’ve still got a few nights left (I’m off to the Y3 party in a few minutes), but so far this was the best party of the week. xx eddie

who is that girl in the sarkozy tshirt (sarkozy??) i think she is the same one with the i used to be anorexic tshirt in london, and i swear i have seen her maybe on her with some sort of cobrasnake tshirt? She knows how to make an impression that is for sure.

  • The girl in the Sarkozy shirt is Ida Pyk, she has a blog on the Swedish Elle site: http://www.elle.se/bloggar/ida-pyk.aspx. And the girl with the purple hair is Anna Trevelyan, styling assistant of Nichola Formichetti. She blogs at http://annatrevelyan.blogspot.com/. I love her look as wel!

Menn this sounds like I haven’t got a life on my own

  • Fashionista

yeah but it s fashion week and the only impression she made on me is that she has one idea and keeps on to it rather firmly. she wore that t shirt the whole week! and the funny thing is what’s written on the back – “il y a espoir”.. for all the frenchies out there – big linguistical mistake

  • I love these pictures, especially the Roisin Murphy ones!! But I have to ask, do you know who that young boy is? He is everywhere in Paris and all I know is that his name is Charles, but WHO IS HE? ^-^

  • Hey – he’s sweet. He’s 15 yrs. old and really into fashion – but he’s a mystery to me. I don’t know anything about him really – I prefer that people remain mysterious – that’s the best.
