Stylesightings out and about during London Fashion Week. First up was the PPQ show in Burlington Arcade – one of 3 beautiful Victorian-era covered shopping arcades in the heart of Mayfair. The PPQ demographic tends to skew quite young so the posh surroundings made for a nice juxtaposition for the show. In keeping with the posh-meets-young-and-edgy theme, they had Daisy Lowe open the show. Pixie Geldof and Alice Dellal also prowled the catwalk and sent the it-girl count through the roof…except that even the roof looked posh in this place so they should be careful and stuff. Then it was on to the party at the posh-meets-posh Metropolitan Hotel where my friends Amber and Nisha were DJing. Soon we were off to the main destination for the evening – the PPQ afterparty at Cafe de Paris. The Noisettes played a fun live set…but the cute crowd was the real draw here. xx eddie
