Pattern and surface designer Reka Kiraly, a Hungarian artist who studied visual cultures at the University of Art and Design, creates her work through the lenses of life, stimulated by “the constant change in nature and our everyday life, modularity, curious collections, unfinished stories, dialogues, juxtapositions and the “what if?” In a series of kid-friendly designs, empty backgrounds are conjoined with objects of from the playground, botanical garden and urban landscapes.
