We’re always fans of chowing down so when we came across Red Hong Yi, we couldn’t help but take a closer look. Creating one-of-a-kind illustrations solely out of food, she transforms the mundane into beautiful. We love the additional dimension that food affords to art, popping off the plate as halved cherry tomatoes turned balloons or creating tigers out of carrots.
