After meeting Icelandic twins Erna and Hrefna in 2009, photographer Ariko Inaoka has created an annual photo-series based around the identical twins. Beginning when the girls were nine and ending at age 16, Ariko shoots the girls in their natural environment. Highlighting their innate bond, the girls play together in matching outfits. For another inspirational look at the bond between twins, check out our post here.
