Digital motion graphics can be an incredible source of inspiration and creative direction. Stylesight’s graphics team has been tracking ‘Universal Everything’ a leader in the world of inspiring and innovative digital motion technology.
Universal Everything was founded by Matt Pyke in 2004, after 8 years at influential studio The Designers Republic where he designed music, retail, fashion, architecture, advertising and broadcast projects worldwide. Universal Everything is a multidisciplinary creative studio, with members worldwide collaborating on web, film, print, fashion and interiors.
If you are going to be in Paris over the next couple of weeks we’d highly recommend visiting Matt Pyke’s new exhibition ‘Super-computer-romantics’ at the newly renovated La Gaité Lyrique. Which is sure to be an inspiring visual treat of innovative digital motion art pieces and some breath taking experimental motion installations.
Two other powerful visual projects taken on by Universal Everything was their reengineered Esquire logo piece, which used different voices to create the digital version of the logo. The other that stood out as an incredible visual artwork was their involvement of AOL’s rebranding. Here body movement was traced to create a sublimed backdrop for the logo.
For digital motion graphics and innovative boundary breaking art Universal Everything is definitely a creative studio to keep an eye on.
