Latham Thomas set up parenting blog Mama Glow

Founded by Latham Thomas -a key NY influencer and birth coach, Mama Glow is a site to bookmark. It offers up motherhood features through the lens of wellness, which feels very of the moment. Check out articles on everything from ethical maternity fashion to how to spice up a relationship as new parents. The site offers up a digital library of resources, as well as events for the community to meet up IRL (in real life). Also expect to see mothers featured from a whole host of diverse cultural backgrounds, this is not a one-size-fits-all kind of parenting digital destination, diversity is celebrated.

Tantrum 

This parenting blog is edited by mother and former Tatler magazine online editor Lisa Williams, based out of the UK. It merges e-commerce with interesting features on the realities of being a parent to the shock of going back to work after maternity leave. There’s also cheap and cheerful ideas on kids parties, presents and gifts for new parents to shop asap.

Ok, so this one is a shout out to a former WGSN staffer who started a blog while on maternity leave and is now blogging full time. Bablands, is your must visit tourist guide meets parenting blog. The site offers up a brilliantly curated guide of cool things to do in London, from food to activities to events (with your under fives).

Your one stop shop for parenting tips and advice. This site is packed with advice (and better yet videos for busy, sleep deprived mothers). It also offers up a curated news feed, so you can stay up to date on new, events, and celeb gossip too. The fun, tongue-in-cheek delivery of what it’s really like to be a new mother, makes it a welcoming space, rather than an overwhelming one.

Minimode

This is for all fashion fans! Minimode offers up style tips, the best designers to have on your radar (chic maternity fashion) as well as lifestyle and interior tips and brands to invest in. Read up, seek inspiration and add the content to your Pinterest board ASAP.

A must read for anyone trying to stay organised and have fun, while travelling the globe with a child. Hailey Andresen set up HouseholdMag, offering a window into her world (she’s a mother and wife who has lived across the globe, from Phoenix to NYC to Paris) and offers up tips for other mothers who currently (or want to in the future) run full time blogs and content sites. It’s a very informative site with how-to tips (like how to sell your belongings in 3 weeks and how to pack a capsule wardrobe for a toddler.

Tribe magazine

Described online as a community and safe space Tribe magazine, is all about just that: a tribe of mothers. It’s a supportive site where mothers are encouraged to be part of the conversation, offering up tips, advice, common questions, phones and daily journals of their life. It’s also packed with great tools (endless yummy recipes and new motherhood book recommendations).
