This installation is visually incredible. It’s for the car manufacturer Hyundai and is 8m high and 45m in width and is named a Hyper-Matrix.
The Hyper-Matrix is built using 30x30cm styrofoam cubes and a process called mechatronics. This is the multidisciplinary field of engineering which refuses to split each category into seperate fields. This impressive example of mechatronics in art is perhaps a glimpse of what exciting possibilities we can expect in the future.
