HOT LINE | Opening Ceremony by A for Apple

This Summer 2011, brace yourselves for a collaboration made in heaven. One of our favorite brands A for Apple (which we proudly discovered a few season’s ago at Playtime New York) has partnered with Opening Ceremony to design the New York-based brand’s very first childrenswear collection. Inspired by the French Riviera theme of Opening Ceremony’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection, Opening Ceremony by A for Apple line offers a range of nautical-inspired basics with a bit of whimsy just for the little ones. Classic silhouettes like French sailor shirts, trenchcoats, schoolboy-styled blazers and trousers are updated with a quirky and chic mix of inside-out sailor stripes, leopard prints and patchwork. Beginning in July, the collection is available exclusively for Opening Ceremony in the United States and in select retail outlets in Hong Kong.
