The Tangram for Goods of Desire youthful and quirky collection has recently launched. This exclusive collaboration unites two of Hong Kong’s leading design talents, Douglas Young the cofounder of the award-winning label Goods of Desire and Paola Sinisterra, designer of the energetic and eclectic label Tangram. Both designers share a passion in preserving and celebrating Hong Kong culture, a key theme that runs through the designs. East meets West in this range of colorful and playful outfits, with Oriental-inspired design elements and quirky styling. Douglas said of the collaboration: “It is a true representation of Hong Kong – a hybridization yet mutual respect for each other’s cultures…We have a joint desire to create something meaningful, not just something that can be from anywhere, but something that could only be from Hong Kong.” The collection is available in G.O.D. stores now.-Babette Radclyffe-Thomas
