Australian paint company Haymes has released its 2015 Colour Forecast, made up of five themes that each explore the idea of “reconnecting with our roots”.

New Skin takes inspiration from comfort and familiarity. This theme explores denim colours and the natural erosion that happens from overuse – like a well-worn pair of jeans.

Raw explores the idea of detoxing and de-cluttering. The colour palette is made up of warm brown and organic shades of grey and cream.

Exotic Botanic explores beauty in nature. A mix of grey tones, rose and copper create a clean and fresh palette.

Rhythmic Palms explores new beginnings and escapism. The palette combines lush greens, dark charcoals and off-white tones. Oversized and exaggerated patterns and rich colours encapsulate a jungle feel.

Relaxed Replay is influenced by Miami Beach and psychedelic patterns. Hot pinks and sherbet yellows create an energetic and nostalgic palette.
