Raf Simons is another designer who has chosen to develop themes he began to explore last season, which is to say, play with color, proportion and geometric precision. Once again the designer used the saturated blues and reds of fall, this time worked with black and with white. In fact, color blocking was a theme that ran through the collection, underlining the body-conscious appeal of the clothes, slender pants and long-line slim jackets. Other geometric details included the ring pulls on the zippers, which were triangles, squares, and circles. In sum a collection that was clean, precise, and minimal in its most up-to-date and modern interpretation.
