We came across these fun robes in the Stylesight ‘hood at the much buzzed-about Japanese shop Nepenthes. A collaboration between Mark McNairy (of Woolrich Woolen Mills and New Amsterdam) and Daiku Suzuki (of Engineered Garments), the robes reflect both designers’ offbeat approach to American Heritage and Prep. Available just in time for Father’s Day, the cotton robes come in red, chambray (modeled by the two designers above) and denim and are carried exclusively by Nepenthes at 307 West 38th Street.
