If you’re not part of LA’s cool collective, the chances are you’ve never heard of Fuck Yeah Fest (FYF) – Los Angeles’ annual inner city festival. 2015 saw the festival celebrate its 12th year at the L.A. Memorial Sports Arena & Exposition Park with performances from the likes of Morrissey, Run the Jewels, D’Angelo and the Vanguard, FKA Twigs, Chet Faker, Flume, Belle & Sebastian and The Drums.
The biggest news from the weekend was the cancellation of Frank Ocean, but an even more impressive replacement stepped in to headline – Kanye West. The crowd were blown away by a truly mind-blowing performance to his now native city.
And of course LA’s warm weather called for summer wardrobes to be worn, with the cities painfully hip crowd flocking to see their favourite performers. And they brought their A-game for the occasion too. Check out the looks we caught on camera…
