Francesca’s looks for new merchandising boss as Sei Jin Alt prepares to leave

Womenswear and gift retailer francesca’s has announced the resignation of its chief merchandising officer Sei Jin Alt.

The retailer said Alt will leave on November 20 “to spend more time with her family and pursue other interests”. A search for her replacement is now begun.

CEO Michael W Barnes said she “provided great insights and leadership in driving our merchandising efforts over that last five years, during which time francesca’s store-base more than tripled”.
