Food: Stolen Supper Club, London

The idea of Supper Clubs – semi-secret eateries often held in private homes and apartments – is well established in New York, London, Paris and Berlin. Stolen Supper Club offers a fresh twist on the concept as its tagline implies “inspired by others, executed by us”. Founders Mia Kulla and Leandro Santos take menu ideas from some of London’s top restaurants and recreate them at a more palatable price.

The Monday night supper club has  re-imagined the dishes of The Ivy, Nobu and Hix Oyster & Chop House among others. Serving up to 15 in an informal setting within a Notting Hill townhouse the events are mostly BYOB. We love the idea of high price cuisine at an accessible price – a high/low eating experience.

Stolen also have a market stall on Thursday’s in  Maida Vale.
