Simone Truong’s dripping blooms melt into the abyss for a surreal twist on classic florals.

Inspired by classic floral masterpieces, distortion techniques are used to pull and stretch petals, fading them into hazy stripe. She combines traditional painting techniques with modern photoshop effects to transport her florals into new surreal realms. Her florals are often scattered on jet black or pastel grounds, drifting in space for a dream-like quality.
