Fashion in Film

apr8_2010.jpg

Every Tuesday night in April, Parsons School of Art and Design in New York is presenting a selection of iconic movies set in the Big Apple whose influence on fashion lingers on.  First up was Annie Hall with Diane Keaton in the era-defining title role that still inspires designers even today, including the F/W 10 collections of Marc Jacobs and Boy by Band of Outsiders. On a Clear Day You Can See Forever, Sabrina, and Klute complete the series.

All screenings are free and open to the public.
