Calling all foodies! Time to eat, drink and be merry. As part of London’s Thames Festival held in September on the Southwark Bridge, Feast on the Bridge is a one-day event featuring delectable goodies from all over the globe, as well as dancing, live music and plenty of kiddie activities. With bread baking and butter churning taking place on the bridge, Londoners put their taste buds to the test and sampled an exotic array of treats from local restaurants and producers. Food-related fun and games included a fruit salad toss, cake decorating and edible hat making–hey, sometimes it’s okay to play with your food.
