A new kids-only dance party in São Paulo, Disco Baby gives little ones a chance to dance while being charitable. During their first event, attendants brought food to donate to local daycares along with a small attendance fee. The brainchild of Claudia Assef, a journalist, and Thathi Mancini, a model, the project is aimed at kids five months to 10 years old. In addition to helping others, Brazil’s hottest deejays take turns hosting the parties. October’s event, timed to Halloween, featured DJ Mau Mau. We loved the mix of ghoulish costumes and cool kid style. Skeleton hoodies, printed overalls and patriotic tees all kicked off casual looks while costumes included little cats and vampires.
