Eley Kishimoto

LONDON…Designers Mark Eley and Wakako Kishimoto have always played with the push and pull of innocence and maturity, imbuing their work with a grand wink at the audience. This season the starting point for this game was an empire silhouette applied to everything from dresses to cap sleeve tops enlivened by signature print mixing. Piping and head to toe pattern is nothing new for this talented duo and S/S 09 provided some sweet looking halter dresses and colorful tights, but didn’t break any new ground. A consistently juniors friendly collection for print inspiration.
