At the London Collections: Men fashion shows this season, designers such as Christopher Shannon, Matthew Miller and James Long opted for effortless undone hairstyles.
Session stylist and creative director of Fudge, John Vial created the hair look at the three shows where he explained that this season hair is moving away from being too over-styled towards a more undone, effortless textured look.
At the James Long show, Vial created a ‘homelessness hair’ look using Fudge Salt Spray and Textures Wax to add depth and give hair a slightly matte unfinished texture. While at Matthew Miller he created a natural dishevelled textured look using Fudge Sea Salt Spray and Fudge Ends, a conditioning styling treatment.
Finally, at the Christopher Shannon show models displayed “wet and damp” 90s bowl shaped hair inspired by boys who have been out dancing all night. Vial used two new Fudge products: Tri-BLO Prime, Shine & Protect Blow Dry Spray (launching in May) and Light HED-ed Hair Oil (launching in April) to achieve the finished look.
