The Dolce & Gabbana fall 2014 make-up collection takes inspiration from the autumn/winter 2014/15 catwalk show. It emphasises a warm, natural look that mirrors the iridescent tones of the sun at dusk paired with an earthy palette of colours found in the garden.

The make-up look “focuses on smoky eyes with radiant skin illuminating the entire look, finished with dark nails in typically rich forest shades,” explained creative advisor for Dolce & Gabbana Make-up Pat McGrath. “The secret to Fall Runway is the delicate yet rich balance of colours.”

The base is powdered in The Illuminator in Eva 3, a setting powder that gives a luminous glow to the skin. Cheeks are tinted with Luminous Cheek Colour in Rose 30 complemented by shimmering and smoky eyes using the new Perfect Mono Cream Eye Colours. The three colours are available in Cocoa 60, Dahlia 100 and Gold Dust 20 and contain either a lustrous, pearly sheen or hints of metallic gold. The eyes and upper lashline are further defined using the Intense Liquid Eyeliner and Black Intensity Mascara, both in Black Intense 1.

Lips are coloured in neutral tones using Lipliner in Cashmere 8 and Classic Cream Lipsticks in one of three shades: Honey 130 (golden nude), Amethyst 330 (deep burgundy) and Ultra 650 (rich red). The limited edition nail lacquers contrast in three dark colours: Fiamma 155 (red), Vinaccia 171 (dark wine), and Verde Bosco 177 (evergreen).

The collection is available exclusively at Harrods and on www.harrods.com.
