Distorting Images – Nicholas Kennedy Sitton

Even though not truly graphics these twisted and manipulated photos really caught our eye with both technique and pattern.  Nicholas Kennedy Sitton is a San Francisco-based photographer who uses a technique similar to the special effects used in the box office hit, Inception.

We love the abstract form and twisted pattern that Sitton achieved through cutting and rotating the image segments slightly. Using architectural landscapes as subject matter gives an added dimension to these beautifully hypnotic photographic artworks.

These images are already doing the rounds on many of the key design blogs so expect to see one on a tumblr site soon.
