I think everyone has noticed the exciting changes going on at Italian denim brand, Diesel, lately. We’ve reported on their new ‘Diesel Island’ campaign, which has been making big waves recently. Now the design team is headed up by London’s Fashion East and NewGen designer, Heikki Salonen, and the Women’s fit offering is getting an overhaul.

They launched six new styles that have been completely re-designed to flatter a woman’s body and fit her attitude, replacing all other previous Diesel fits:
Grupee: Super-slim-fit jean with a super-skinny leg, it features a higher yoke to flatter the rear female form.
Getlegg: Slim-fit pair of jeans with skinny legs but wider at the knee and with a higher back, perfect for everyday life.
Bootzee: The perfect bootcut leg on a regular slim fit, with higher back pockets and a regular rise.
Flairlegg – 70s style 5-pocket with chino style pockets and unfinished hem.
Highkee: Straight leg with high waist and taller back pocket to guarantee a great look on the back, inspired by the 50s.
Myguy: Boyfriend fit jeans that feature a boyfriend-leg cut and a relaxed fit with a low crotch and slightly tapered leg.
All six styles have redesigned features, such as:
The Company has addressed the all-important issue of the perfect fit and they look and feel 100% better.
