We recently introduced you to the Diesel Island campaign, where the brand set off to create a ‘brave new world for the brave and terminally stupid.’ Now they’re back with the second part of their campaign, featuring a whole host of new denim eye-candy, not to mention “flattering full body photographs” and page after page of enticing photos showcasing the promising life you’re about to embrace.
The website and ‘Island History’ are slowly building; on their website you can view their island ‘Streetview’, the settlers of the island, the island government and keep up to date with island news. Users can also download their own virtual Diesel Island passport and continue the voyage with the rest of the Island’s settlers in their revolutionary parade of bohemian sex appeal.
In line with the new campaign launch, Diesel hosted their 2nd Annual Coachella Brunch at last weekend’s sun-soaked Californian festival: a blow-out pool party that previewed the new the Diesel Island collection. Hollywood’s hottest celebrities filled the pool and were treated to free garb and grub. The festivities tempted the likes of supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, and stars like Rosario Dawson and Scream 4’s newest victim, Emma Roberts to take a sneak peak at Diesel’s precious hidden cargo.
