Currently running in conjunction with São Paulo Fashion Week, Design São Paulo is a design trade show put on by SPFW organizer Luminosidade in partnership with the National Fashion and Design Institute (In-Mod.) Items on display range from home goods to jewelry, and a side program of seminars and workshops delves deeper into the concept of design and its impact. Bertolucci, Galeria Doïz, Galeria Luisa Strina, Coletivo Amor de Madre, Galeria Baro, and Modernariato are among the eighteen gallerias and design stores taking part. Approximately 120 unique or limited-edition pieces, some created especially for the show, are being showcased by designers such as Rodrigo Almeida, the Campana brothers, Thomaz Saavedra, Hugo França, John Gray, Claudia Moreira Salles and Luciana Martins.
Design São Paulo is located at the OCA in the Ibirapuera Park and will continue to run until 8pm on June 19th.
