New York: Shane Gabier and Chris Peters of Creatures of the Wind were enamored by Fata Morgana – the notion of “a superior mirage” for Spring 2015. The concept manifested itself in the form of a tightly edited collection ranging from tailored to sporty. The design duo employed their signature techniques, subtly playing with mixing pale and irridescent colour, while interjecting head to toe looks in bold primaries. Layering was key, as was the intricate embroidery and beading that enhanced prints and patterns with texture. This was a presentation full of dimension and wearability. –Deirdre Pérez
