Milan: Costume National offered a ’70s-inspired collection of suede and denim separates. The theme was exemplified even further with loop zip details, lace-up tops, riveted ruffles and patch pockets, all set against a dark colour palette of rich brown and berry tones. Current trending details included contrast top stitching along seams, asymmetry, whilst gilets, crop tops and culottes plunge neck dresses and over dresses continued the ’70s vibe. This was statement dressing for a bygone era. –Elle Hankinson
