Costume National

Milan: For F/W 14, Costume National designer Ennio Capasa  focused on tonal play and proportion, resulting in a unique collection of elongated layers and unexpected bursts of color. Black and grey grounded the assortment of slouchy trousers, oversized jackets and tunic-length turtlenecks, while tactile materials in bright shades and moody ombrés  added intriguing dimension. A dose of matte leather and glossy fur balanced the mix with a serious edge.   Anna Jane Davis
