Michelin-starred chef Henrik Yde’s latest venture is new gourmet burger restaurant Burger & Bun in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, having previously worked at the city’s Kiin Kiin Thai restaurant. The menu features international influences such as the Mexican burger with guacamole and salsa, the Japanese burger which includes a chicken fillet with a soy, ginger and sesame sauce, and of course the Danish burger which is composed of roast pork with pickled cucumber and red cabbage. The food is 100% organic and free-range, with everything made in-house, while the restaurant’s interior is thoroughly contemporary with 60s Danish design a key influence, and print and graphics by Emma Sivell. –Emily Cater
