Cool-cat hoteliers, Morgans Hotel Group have teamed up with RCRD LBL, the music download website, to offer guests free playlists accessible through their hotel keycards.
A unique selection of songs has been specially curated to reflect the personalities of each of the each hotel sites in the Morgans chain, including the Delano, Mondrian Soho and Royalton in New York City. Playlists can be downloaded through the scannable QR code located on each hotel keycard using a mobile phone device. Additionally guests will have access throughout their stay via in-room iPads and the Morgans Tumblr blog.
Renowned for their boutique approach to hospitality this collaboration perfectly encapsulates the chains stylized design aesthetic and offers guests the opportunity to experience each of the hotel sites individual personality through free music, further keeping them ahead of the curve in the hotel sector.
Each twenty-tight compilation will be updated every three months, exclusively by RCRD LBL, and feature a fresh medley of up and coming artists including Best Coast, Wavves, Memory Tapes and The Drums to name but a few.
