Earlier this week online culture magazine HUH. opened their first lifestyle store in the heart of East London.
The magazine, an informative go-to for the cutting edge in fashion, art, music, film and design has translated their virtual world into a real-time store, stocking products from brands including Orlebar Brown, WeSC, Pointer, Swedish Hasbeens, and Herschel.
The retail space is clean and modern with hanging plant pots from Boskke and untreated wooden shelves that best display the products within the shop, completing this unassuming yet welcoming atmosphere.
As with the publication, HUH. Store welcomes input and ideas from its customers – such as their store playlist – and with servings of coffee from Caravan on Exmouth Market, and an array of coffee table publications from slick publishing house, Gestalten (that customers can browse at free will) the space will undoubtedly create a social hub that echoes the magazines personality perfectly.
