COMUNE presents “Everything Went Black”

On Saturday night COMUNE presents “Everything Went Black,” an exhibition of photographer Jimmy Fontane’s edgy work.
The exhibit is a culmination of a series of portraits documenting a span of punk shows, fashion, music and skate culture. Fontane’s photos deem a stimulating and raw vision that has been described as an “undeniable, candid richness”. With an intricate background of snowboarding and contemporary culture, the photographer becomes yet another part of the brand’s Drop City creative artist platform.
Previous subjects for Fontane include musicians like Nick Cave, Goldfrapp, Sonic Youth, Chrissie Hynde, Crocodiles, Brandon Flowers , The Rassle and celebrities such as Justin Long, Zach Galifianakis, Steve-O, Zach Gilford, Isabelle Fuhrman, and Toby Hemmingway, among many others.
