A period of crisis has refocused our thoughts on what we value most and encouraged us to reset. Time with friends and family feels more precious and possessions have deeper meaning. As a result, the colours of A/W 22/23 have an authentic, rich mood and grounded optimism.
Introducing the first of our five Key Colours for A/W 22/23, Honeycomb.
Yellow plays a crucial role in the seasonal palette, injecting a sense of uplifting warmth and nourishment.
Honeycomb is a golden yellow that forms part of a collection of ochre tones. Honey has been prized for thousands of years, dating back to the Ancient Egyptians. Today, we are reacquainting ourselves with the precious quality of honey and its association with the protection of our natural environment and preservation of agriculture for future generations.
Use this color as a directional bright or pair it with shades of ochre and brown. Honeycomb will be an important accent for fashion accessories, color cosmetics and homeware. Its bright spirit makes it well suited to activewear and kidswear. Apply it to metallic finishes and glossy surfaces to add lustre.
