Paris…Ann Demeulemeester

A change from her usual Gothic look, Demeulemeester, surprised her fashion following with a splash of color. Her monochromatic black and white uniform was dashed with corals and an array of oranges. The light as air silky dresses were ruched and gathered to create a weighty effect. There is nothing weak about this Greek goddess! But this Belgian designer didn’t leave out her signature pieces, like the perfect blazer and cropped skinny trousers. Jewels and gemstone embellishments were used to ground each look for a Rocker Chic appeal. A mix of masculine and feminine provided a new twist for her, making this collection one of her most exciting yet.
