PSYCHEDELIA
New York: Christopher Kane took inspiration for resort from the lace and neon creations he designed for his Central Saint Martins M.A. graduate show. It was full of psychedelic-looking guipure fabric that he dubbed his “decades lace ” – brassieres on dresses were trimmed in neon lace flowers as were the knee patches on oversized boy pants. The collection showed in colors of neon yellow and pink that were an eye-popping contrast against the leopard print he opted for this season. . – Lizzy Bowring
