Chilli Beans is the largest Brazilian chain specialising in accessories with over 700 points of sales throughout Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, US, Kuwait and Israel.
Well known for their unique brand DNA that mixes music, art and fashion with a strong irreverent lifestyle, the brand collects fans across the globe – some shopping super fans even have a tattoo to represent their passion!
Since the brand started in 1998, SUPERDOSE is their conference presented by founder and CEO Caito Maia, where they show the next collections while engaging with their consumers and their upcoming collaborators.
In a bid to keep innovating at Chilli Beans, the brand moved their event SUPERDOSE to a cruise in partnership with Dreamakers last year to create a whole new type of event to celebrate fashion in Brazil: extending the invites beyond Chilli Beans employees and opening the doors to everyone who wanted to spend three days at sea, living and breathing fashion among creative people.
Last year’s event was a huge success, so this year they extended the schedule, offering workshops by Instituto Marangoni’s on the fashion/retail market, as well as lectures with Farfetch, Facebook, Dudu Bertholini, Thais Gusmão and more.
The attendees could see catwalks shows by renowned Brazilian brands like Amapô, Blue Man, Ellus Second Floor and Cavalera. An added highlight of the event was the launch of Chilli Beans’s first collection of clothes and an exclusive presentation of 20 years of Alexandre Herchcovitch’s career closing the event on Sunday.
Another new feature this year was the contest: Summer Look, a contest to discover a new face of the brand, and Fashion Film, focused on boosting the media production in Brazil.
It’s always amazing to see how the brands are upping their game to connect with clients and promote the fashion industry on a new level.
