The hottest ticket in town came right at the start of the week with Gareth Pugh’s first show in Paris. Who wasn’t curious to see how this British Enfant Terrible would fair in new surroundings? The answer came swiftly. Pugh made no compromise to his signature “sci-fi ninja” style. He may have been showing in Paris but Pugh underscored his British roots with an historical journey that included Elizabethan ruffs, the articulated armor of a medieval knight and eighteenth century romance.
