Junya Watanabe is no stranger to interesting collaborations. His F/W 09 collection (shown above, far left and far right) predominantly featured re-worked hunting looks that was one of our favorites of the season. Now, in time for the coming days of spring, the designer has teamed up with the quintessential purveyor of workwear, Carhartt. The limited edition hunting jackets will only be available in quantities of 100 and feature wool plaid panels, a camo interior, and leather elbow patches. Unlike past projects with other brands, Watanabe actually went into a Carhartt store and purchased the original jackets himself, then set out to customize them as pictured above. Workwear has never been so luxurious.
