German-based label Candice Cooper is expanding their distribution starting in S/S 12. Launched in 2006, the lifestyle fashion footwear brand is lead by German designer Christopher Siegel, formerly of Hugo Boss, and perpetuates the fusion of trend, quality and comfort providing “casual luxury for individualists.”
Although not yet available in the US, the brand had a stint in the French market through a partnership with Comptoir de Cotonniers in F/W 10 and S/S 11, and with the new distribution agreement will be present in the UK, Asia and the Middle East.
The eco-friendly designs are manufactured in Italy utilizing the finest quality vegetable and lamb skins, never treated with chemical processes and dyed only with plant-based pigments.
Candice Cooper will further their expansion through the launch of children’s footwear as well as cold-weather apparel such as cashmere sweaters in the F/W 12 season. – Jenn Tello
