Selfridges is not an obvious location for extreme sports, but yesterday HTC One took over the Old Selfridges Hotel, transforming the 18,500 square foot space into Britain’s largest free indoor skate park.
It’s all about skateboards at Selfridges this spring, as they celebrate the worlds of surf and skate and immerse every aspect of their store in the “Board Games” theme.
The Concept Store at Selfridges London has been turned into The Board Room, selling over 50 limited edition decks created by some of the world’s biggest brands and designers. Expect to see designs from the likes of Philip Lim, Stella McCartney, Hood By Air, Isabel Marant and Christian Louboutin.
Pick up your exclusive deck at Selfridges London and take your skateboard for a spin at the HTC One (M8) Skatepark, open from March 27 through April 19.
